Vör is the collective intelligence of people and the things that make their lives better. We focus on facilitating interaction between individuals and their environment - made intelligent. User interaction happens through the Android application and physical switches, cameras and sensors placed in the office.
Indoor location technology is used to provide a live map of the office. People who choose to share their location at the moment can be seen walking around on the map. If someone you are looking for stops for a coffee, go join them and share a moment together.
Great teams celebrate together. Press a button to post the previous 30 seconds recorded by a videocamera to others in the office. Anyone can then individually share this video with the public, as a, for example, Twitter link to a YouTube video.
The temperature is measured at many points and translated into a heat map of the office. The same could easily be done with noise or air quality to allow you to find an optimally comfortable location.
Vör uses motion sensors to help you know whether limited resources, like toilets or phone booths, are occupied. It can display this information on the office map.
Sharing food and drink is the essence of togetherness. A toggle switch near a sharing space can be turned on to indicate that something is available. A card on your phone updates periodically to show how much is left. The last person to take food flips off the switch and the card disappears.
